The client challenged us to create an institucional portal to allow communication through which 100K+ employees from Portugal, Poland and Colombia and improve their sharing and connectivity experiences.
Our aim was that, this Portal could become a key enabler, supporting the culture, values, mission and strategy of the business trough a tool accessible to all employees.

We designed and built a high performance and scalable, integarted multi-language, multi-timezone, powerful content targeting engine, document management, contact management, people profile management, content management, applications management, reports management, favorites, extensive usage analytics and a very powerful search engine.
All features were implemented to support multiple devices and screen resolutions: Wide Desktop, Desktop, Tablet and Mobile.
This project is currently a reference in the company on how to approach and overcome challenges and also in terms of best practices.
