The Jerónimo Martins Performance Management Cycle required enhancements in its evaluation cycles by integrating their Values Model and fine-tuning the weighting system for Goals and Values.
The main goal was to extend the existing application to allow it to coexist with the new type of assessment by adding new features related to the client's values and culture so the employees could be also assessed in the new dimensions.
The updated Performance cycle is now capable of appraising not only Competences but also the newly defined Values, this enables employees to be evaluated across a multidimensional spectrum, providing a more comprehensive and nuanced assessment.
Additionally, adjustments were made to the categorization scheme within the Scale's Taxonomy.
