The Challenge

USACS Management Group aimed to revamp TCL's Homepage and Community area, providing them with a fresh, contemporary look and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Our Goals

Considering TCL Homepage the aim was its redesign so all users could access a variety of information, content and metrics in a more organized manner.

Regarding TCL Communities the focus was the UX/UI improvement and optimization of the search engine (Microsoft Azure Search) so that could be faster, more efficient, and deliver results ordered by relevance.

Our Solution

Our solution was developed in Outsystems Traditional Web but also prepared and suitable for Mobile applications so it could achieve our client's objectives. By integrating the TCL portal with Azure Cognite Search, USACS Management Group, successfully improved search functionality and content delivery becoming more efficient, intuitive, and meaningful.

With our solution is now possible to assist employees in their daily tasks and improve the usability of users.
